JOHANNESBURG – The National Prosecuting Authority has welcomed the dismissal of the former Acting Director of Public Prosecutions in Mpumalanga, Advocate Matric Luphondo.

He was found guilty of offering a bribe to a senior lawyer to withdraw a case against a senior government official of the Provincial Human Settlement Department in Mpumalanga.
